The 1 st Round of Hall of Heroes is going to be open on the following days – May 19th 12pm – May 26th 11:59am (server time) Players can collect up to 250 fragments for the monster they choose among the list through this hall of heroes event.
The featured monsters for the 1 st Round of 9 Year Anniversary Hall of Heroes are going to be the following – (Fire) Neostone Fighter, (Water) Death Knight, (Wind) Phantom Thief, (Light) Chakram Dancer, (Dark) Assassin.
10 th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Monster Fragments x 25 (Rewards). 9 th Floor – Crystals x 5 + Monster Fragments x 25 (Rewards).

Don't forget to close rundll32.exe process in Task Manager after finishing playing 
Now try to launch the game again, it must work. Close wartimes.exe but don't touch rundll32.exe (it's a Windows app for running old apps from 32-bit operational systems, most old games running through rundll32.exe).
If it didn't help - open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del by default) and check for processes wartimes.exe and rundll32.exe. If the game doesn't run - right click on wartimes.exe - Properties - Compatibility - Set Run this app in compatibility mode with Windows XP, then run again. When it's done, open the archive with textures fix, copy all files from that folder to X:/War Times/Images, replacing original files. After installation is done, install the patch v1.02. When the installation process will ask for CD2, mount the disk image of second disk CUE-file (disk image), you will need the utility for mounting disk image files, Windows 8 and 10 has built-in utility
